Get started and approve your account
Register your business, verify your email and complete the details needed for buying.
- Open My account in the main header. Your name appears here after sign-in; your email is kept out of the header. Register or sign in with your own business email and use the newest email code.
- Complete your company and contact details. For quotation acceptance, also complete billing, GST status and delivery details. Sales reviews your business account.
- Basic account approval does not grant credit. Credit approval and supporting financial documents are a separate process.
- A sign-in code is sent only to eligible registered accounts. If no code arrives, check the address and Spam, then try the newest code. On a public buyer site, use Create an account when offered; on an invitation-only site, set up the invited account. Staff should ask their administrator to check access. The sign-in response does not reveal whether an account exists.
- Enamun delivers across India from its own regional stores. Gurugram, Bhubaneswar and Sangli operate now; Ambikapur, Sambhajinagar, Sehore and Erode are coming soon. The home page shows the current list and Sales contact details.

Still need help? Talk to a personPrepare a purchase enquiry
Enquire for materials, tools and equipment using up to 50 whole-unit lines.
- Search from the home page by product name, part number, size or exact SKU, or choose a project task such as LMC connection & conversion. Results appear beside relevant filters; on a phone, open Filters when needed. Your search and filters stay in the page link, so Back, Forward and refresh keep the same view. Clear filters keeps your search words; clear the search box separately to start again.
- Check the exact item, size, Make / Manufacturer, buying unit and available documents. When several variants match, choose the correct one on the item page. One item identity is used for purchasing, sales and stock. A search match is not a technical or project approval.
- Enter whole-unit quantities and add up to 50 materials to the single enquiry draft. The selected quantities stay in the device draft across catalogue pages and refresh, scoped to the signed-in buyer account. Open Review enquiry and restore the saved draft to check it, add a project or site reference, delivery needs and any technical clarification before submitting. If no result matches, keep your search words while clearing filters or ask Sales about the requirement.
- Open Buyer home to follow the enquiry and Sales replies. Availability and delivery dates are confirmed in the quotation, rather than implied by the listing.
- Paste a material list or import one XLSX, CSV or TSV sheet of up to 50 whole-unit lines. Choose Review material matches, check each item and unit, then Add reviewed rows to the draft. Importing never submits an enquiry. Save an older .xls file as .xlsx or CSV first; formulas and macros cannot be imported.
- When a newly added material has one exact listed make and SKU, the form selects it and shows its size, buying unit and minimum quantity. Check these before submitting. Saved, repeated and imported choices are not silently changed.
- Your enquiry shows the date and time it was submitted. Sales replies to messages within 1 working day; call or WhatsApp 9:30 am to 6:30 pm IST for a direct answer. When pasting a list, sizes with an inch mark such as 1/2" are accepted.
- Need to change an enquiry that Sales has not yet had accepted? Open it, choose “Edit and resubmit this enquiry”, change quantities, remove items or update the date and notes, and send it. The revised enquiry replaces the old one, which stays in your records. Once you accept a quotation, changes go through Sales as an order amendment.

Still need help? Talk to a personPlan materials for houses, high-rise risers or Ground Connectivity
Describe the work or choose a starter, check the highlighted site facts, then review a grouped material estimate. Voice dictation is optional where your browser supports it.
- On Home, use the three project guides to understand domestic PNG connections, underground MDPE networks and station equipment. Choose Explore below a drawing, then select one numbered part to see its purpose, buying check and related material search. The numbered controls also work by touch and keyboard. Use your project drawing to confirm the configuration and quantities.
- On Home, describe your work and choose Start my plan. The planner carries your request forward; review the recognised scope and site measurements before generating the BOQ. You can also search Products or resume a saved project directly from Home.
- Describe the work in English or simple Hindi, or choose One home, 200 low-rise homes, High-rise building or 500 GC points. Choose GI for above-ground pipe, meter and kitchen work; GC for underground MDPE service to the transition. Use separate packages when both are needed. If the microphone button appears, you may speak your request, then check the written words and number before continuing. Browser speech may use an external speech service and might not work offline.
- For a high-rise riser, enter the riser count, total measured pipe length, pipe size, and separate riser and meter regulator counts from the approved building drawing. Enter 0 for a regulator type outside this package. Download the full list and send it to Sales for drawing-based fittings, supports and technical review before quotation.
- New plans start with clearly labelled estimates: 10 m GI and 3 m copper kitchen branch per home, or 6 m MDPE per GC point. These are editable Enamun planning allowances, not approved consumption for every CGD. Lengths and the kitchen pipe choice affect accuracy most. Change what you know, then preview the list.
- Choose Copper, GI, gas-rated MLC for project review, or Not in this work for the kitchen. Each choice updates its own pipe, fittings and connectors together. Zero kitchen length needs an explicit Not in this work choice. Sales checks the exact MLC route against the operator drawing and current gas rules before quotation. The planner does not silently add a replacement pipe system.
- Refine route fittings, support spacing, pipe and meter-port thread standards and sizes, shared-service arrangement and extra pipe length when known. A shared header needs its own measured length and size. Meter and pipe port threads may differ. The button for other starting allowances does not confirm building type, riser measurements, kitchen material or meter-port thread; check those separately before an enquiry.
- The A–F index always explains service line, GI, meter, kitchen, fixings and site additions. Tap a section to open its materials; the short headings keep the phone screen manageable. A separate GC or GI package is identified explicitly. Select a material to change quantity, choose a guided connection option, record stock or select an exact catalogue item. Add route materials from your drawing; this is a starting estimate, not installation approval.
- Check Who supplies what against your own tender. IGL suggests meter, regulator, lateral isolation valve and meter-control valve as operator issued; BPCL suggests meter and regulator; GAIL Gas also suggests GI pipe. These are suggestions. Each material can be changed to operator supply, purchase, own stock or excluded; confirm the changed split again before enquiry.
- Record only evidenced usable stock, confirmed free issue or incoming supply allocated to this work. Purchase history alone is not stock. For Own stock covers all, record the complete covered quantity and its evidence. Do not count mounting clamps or fasteners twice when already included in an assembly.
- Exact published candidates may be preselected, and you should confirm project suitability. Several matching makes are valid choices. Send the full requirement to Sales even when a catalogue match needs work. Sales completes missing size, thread, material, supplied length or pack contents in the shared item master before a formal quotation; a buyer tick cannot resolve a conflicting catalogue fact. Generic copper fittings are not an exact elbow or coupler.
- Download the CSV after making a valid estimate. Sign in to save a named plan even while catalogue items are missing. A guest estimate needs confirmation of the signed-in company. Different accounts clear the working plan. Existing IGL v1 saved plans keep their original calculations and labels; new plans use the multi-CGD revision.
- Site engineers and supervisors acting as company project managers can save the latest plan and send that saved version to their own company Procurement team. Nothing is sent to Enamun. Editing while a save is in progress stays unsaved and requires another save. View-only members can read and download but cannot save, submit or buy.
- You can send the full material list to Sales for review at any stage and follow its case reference in Support. A signed-out user can download the CSV and attach it to the prefilled email. For an exact item enquiry, confirm tender responsibility, item suitability, unit conversions and the review note, then add purchases and submit. Sales checks high-rise drawings and MLC routes before quoting. Quotation, acceptance, order confirmation, payment and dispatch are later checks.
- If a number or choice is invalid, check the error list near the top and the highlighted field. Your entries stay in place; correct the value and make the list again.

Still need help? Talk to a personReview and accept a quotation
Check the current revision, exact materials, taxes, delivery and payment terms.
- Open the enquiry in Buyer home and review the latest quotation revision. Compare item, size, make, unit, quantity, GST, freight, validity and promised delivery.
- Complete any missing business details, agree to the current revision and accept. If the quotation has expired or an item no longer matches, ask Sales for a revised quotation.
- Acceptance requests an order. Follow the order status for confirmation, payment clearance, allocation and dispatch. Do not pay using changed bank details received only by email.

Still need help? Talk to a personTrack delivery or request a return
Check quantities dispatched and contact the team with the order reference.
- Use Material purchase history and your order details to check ordered and dispatched quantities. Confirm readiness and the actual address before arranging collection.
- For a shortage, damaged material or return, contact Support with the order or shipment reference, item, quantity and problem. Do not send goods back before the team confirms the arrangements.
- Return inspection, credit notes and refunds are reviewed separately. An uploaded payment proof or requested refund is not confirmation of cleared money.

Still need help? Talk to a personEmail code or sign-in is not working
Use the newest code in the correct QA or Live portal.
- Check the email spelling and whether the account has completed registration. QA and Live are separate; a QA account or code does not establish Live access.
- Use Resend on the sign-in page, respect the displayed wait period and enter the newest code. Check spam or junk mail. Never share an email code, password, authenticator code or recovery code with Support.
- If delivery still fails, contact Support with the portal address, account email, approximate time and exact error. Do not keep retrying or create duplicate accounts.

Still need help? Talk to a personCompany team, BOQs and Procurement review
Project managers prepare materials; your company Procurement team reviews and buys for the same business.
- Open My account → Company team. The existing business account remains the company record. The company owner enables the team and invites each person with their own work email; the invitation is emailed and the private link also appears on screen.
- Invitations accepted by the email provider hide the private link from the administrator. Eligible new recipients can join directly from their email; existing accounts and older or manually shared invitations require normal email sign-in. If delivery setup fails, share the fallback invitation only with its named recipient. Invitations expire after 72 hours; new invitations replace previous unused links.
- Share the private invitation with its named recipient. They open the link from the invitation email, enter their name and phone, and join; the link is emailed only to them and the administrator never sees it, so it confirms their email and there is no separate sign-in or verification. If the email cannot be sent, the administrator receives the link instead and the person must sign in and verify their email before joining. If that email already has a PipedGas account, they sign in with it first and then confirm joining. Never share another person’s sign-in or codes. Invitations expire in 72 hours; creating another invitation for the same invited or removed person replaces the old link.
- Project managers prepare a BOQ or material plan. For new multi-CGD plans, confirm the suggested planning values, save the latest version, then send that saved version to company Procurement. Catalogue mapping can remain pending at this internal stage. No enquiry is sent to Enamun; the submitted version stays unchanged.
- Company Procurement checks materials, buying quantities, project and site. Return it for changes with a note, or approve that exact version. The preparer saves and submits a new version after changes.
- After approval, Procurement opens Raise this approved BOQ as an enquiry to Enamun, confirms the date, delivery PIN and address/GST choice, and sends it. The approved material lines are reused; a repeat click does not create another enquiry.
- Follow shared company enquiries and quotations in Buyer home. Only a Purchase manager, Project Manager or the company owner can accept a current quotation and request an order. Company verification, payment clearance, stock and dispatch checks still apply.
- All members see the same company plans, enquiries and order position. Each action records the actual person. Removing access takes effect immediately and retains company records. Primary commercial-contact handover requires Enamun assistance. Individual support cases and sign-in settings remain personal.
- To send one enquiry for several people’s requirements, a Project Manager, Purchase manager or the owner opens Company Procurement review, approve each BOQ, then tick the approved BOQs under Combine approved BOQs into one enquiry. The same item and size are added together, each BOQ stays linked, and one enquiry goes to Enamun. A combined enquiry can hold up to 50 lines.
