PipedGas is operated by Enamun Pvt. Ltd.

We use information you provide to respond to enquiries, operate accounts, prepare and fulfil agreed purchases, support you and protect the service.

Information used

This may include your name, work email, phone, company, billing and delivery addresses, GST details, requested materials, correspondence, sign-in/security events and transaction records. Supplier applications may also include business, authority and payment-verification documents.

Access and service providers

Authorised staff use information for their assigned responsibilities. Hosting, email and accounting providers process the information needed for those services. Delivery details may be shared with the supplier or transporter involved in an agreed fulfilment. Do not include unrelated personal information in notes or uploads.

Storage and recovery

We use account/session cookies to sign you in and protect actions. The installed site can keep catalogue information and enquiry drafts on your device; a local draft is not a submitted enquiry. Private staff actions require a live connection. You can remove local drafts through your browser’s site-data controls.

Operational, accounting, security and audit records and protected backups may remain after an account is closed. Recovery copies are controlled separately from the active application. Contact us to discuss access, correction, account closure or a privacy concern; the team will explain the applicable process and any record-retention constraints.
